Launch of Special Opportunities and real estate-specific high yield funds

Specifically aimed at providing private equity related investments and the servicing thereof, Polymath & Boffin has successfully launched 3514 Capital Partners.  

3514 Capital Partners in collaboration with AQA Capital, has subsequently launched the 3514 Special Opportunities Fund, aimed at investors seeking mid to high-teen returns, in strategies related to secured receivables investment. 

We have also launched a Real Estate Fund focused on providing an investment strategy in stabilised, highly sustainable, advantageous and premium real estate in Malta.
