Developer’s credit

Developers are now given the opportunity to market and sell their real estate on credit. All real estate appraised for a value up to €275,000 can be sold by the developer on credit for up to 90% of the value of the real estate sold. Polymath & Boffin in its capacity of General Partner to a dedicated fund has raised €100,000,000 for the first year of this program, and is supporting developers to sell their real estate granting credit expediently and at par to market rates and security packages. Polymath & Boffin aims to renew this commitment of support to developers on an annual basis, with the potential of raising the annual quantum depending on take up demand.
