Polymath & Boffin have been engaged to provide wealth management products in Europe by a NASDAQ listed wealth management company. The client seeks to acquire a bank in a jurisdiction of high repute, ideally within the EU or the EEC. The bank jurisdiction chosen is to accommodate non-European/national shareholders and the bank is directly managed by non-European/national/residents.
