BANK ACQUISITION

Polymath & Boffin have been exclusively engaged to provide wealth management products within Europe for a Nasdaq listed wealth management company. The brief is to oversee the acquisition of a bank in a chosen jurisdiction of high repute, ideally within the EU or the EEC, whilst the bank jurisdiction chosen is to accommodate non-European/national shareholders. The new bank is to be directly managed by non-European, nationals and residents, whilst the central banking policies of the required jurisdiction are to be non-restrictive regarding the geographies in which investments are made.
